Will you come
back to remove the lights at the end of the season?
If I
purchase the lights, will they be NEW?
Absolutely!
If you purchase the lights from us, the lights have never been used
anywhere else. And as an added benefit to our customers, we will
store your lights for FREE so that we can use them again for
your display next year. Please note that if you choose incandescent
lighting, the C7 or C9 bulbs will be replaced each successive year.

How
much will it cost?
The cost of your lighting will depend on the number and type of
lights you choose. We make every effort to give accurate estimates,
however, because every home, bush, and tree is different and changes
may occur during the installation based on customer requests, your
actual cost will be based on the number of strands of lights
actually installed.
Minimum Project Investment: $395
Labor includes installation, removal & storage
Note: Because we provide the highest quality supplies at wholesale
prices, we require full payment for all materials during the time of
the estimate. This ensures that we are able to order these supplies
while our suppliers have them in their inventory. The time frame
for this is by the third or fourth week of October.
Do you guys have
a lift for commercial installations?
Yes, we do use a lift if the
project calls for it.
What happens if the lighting overloads my electrical circuits?
HomeTeam Lighting (HomeTeam Services, LLC - HTS) utilizes State of
the Art formulas that determine the total electrical output per project
to determine the best place for electrical connection. Because of
this we rarely see circuits overloading due to our installations.
In the event you experience an overload, HTS will not be held
responsible for inadequate, faulty, or overloaded electrical sources
at the place of service. You may be required to provide electrical
connection from inside the house.
What happens if a light bulb goes out on my display?
Because we understand the importance of your lighting needs, we make
sure all lights are operational before we leave your initial
installation. If for some reason a light bulb or strand should
go out during the Holiday season, we will repair and/or replace it
for a minimum fee plus material cost. We have heard
from many of our customers that this is more than fair since we
ALWAYS come out there to resolve the issue. In most cases, it only
takes an hour to FIX the lighting issue. Please note that
there are a variety of things that can affect your outdoor lighting
display; wind, rain, snow, ice, etc. We encourage all of our
customers to unplug their lights in the event of severe weather to
prevent interrupted service.
Can I rent the lights?
Yes! We offer
this option to all of our customers. Please call for a comparison
of prices between our purchase and rental options.
